Part 1: TheTruth.TheWholeTruth.NothingButTheTruth.

well, everybody seems to write about new year.yeah, dh new year, of course lar kan. as i am in the course of being 'everybody', so here we go. my new year post.

as much as i dont want to write this, but i think it is only fair that i do. this new year, means whole-lot more to me than just another year. it is a change of phase. one of the biggest i ever have in my 25 (omigosh!!) years of living. Sigh! (deep breathe!)

after 12 months,i have decided to have a career-change. It was a very tough-time deciding. Previously i was attached to a multi-level marketing company, Elken Sdn Bhd. There is completely nothing wrong with it. As a matter of fact, it has took me to Korea and Beijing, within a year, upon achieving the company targeted sales. But as the saying goes, never involved too close with a family member, especially in business. i do not wish to elaborate further on this as it wont do any good to anybody. All i can say, sometimes, when ur best is not good enough, and never will be, u just gotta do something about it...to have to leave from giving my full commitment to the company, hit me deeper than ever. It's hard to let go something that u really love doing, and have done it wholeheartedly. (ok, maybe it is argueable-lar that i have gave my best. but at least i think i have tried to give my best here).

so,i began my new year with a new job. back to where life was suppose to be, before Elken came in the picture. i applied something from my background, utilising my degree. i joined one of a prestige overseas financial institution. Main reason : they pay very well. (anything less than my expected salary, i might as well go back to do Elken aite? ;p). It is almost double compare to the average rate of fresh graduates. i have never applied for a job before. This is my 1st. And everything was settle within 14days. Believe it or not, i get a replied after 2 days posting my cv online, i was accepted at the very 1st interview i went. Not bad huh? hehe. Guess my degree really laku lar, harhar ;p (and people are complaining about NOT getting a job? rubbish!).

Working is not bad after all. In fact, it was interesting. On my 3rd day, which was Friday, the department held an after office New Year celebration party at a private club. So damn happening! Remind me of my clubbing days haha. (so the stuff written on Cleo is so true after all ;p). Most of my colleagues are chinese. Few very sporting malays and indians. It was so much fun. i know i will have a blast working with em. Actually i wear the good impression all along, from the very 1st call i received from them.

I have the feeling that i will be here for a while. If i were ever to have another job change, i think i will go back to Elken.A definite. Though deep down, i really am missing my old job like crazy, i know this is something i have to do for myself. So God, bless me please.

dYna : to me : all the best! ;-)
